Dave was the founding Director for Bayside Church's Men's Ministry and the Director of Men's Ministries at two other churches. He has developed practical models for Outreach, Connection, Spiritual Growth and Leadership Development to grow Men's Ministries and help men grow in intimacy with Jesus Christ. Based on the work Dave started, Bayside Church now has over 600 men actively engaged in Men's Ministry with over 60 small groups led by trained and qualified leaders. Dave's first book, Men U: Courses for a Transformed Life published in April 2009 utilizes extensive research based on leading more than 40 small groups.

Rose is a long-time Bible teacher and Small Group Leader within Women's, High School and Couple's groups. She developed and initiated the "Seasons" Mentoring Ministry for Women, partnering women in developing closer relationships with God and each other. Rose is a frequent and popular seminar speaker whose wit and wisdom win audiences.

Together, Dave and Rose created and launched Shepherding models for Small Group Leaders and are sought after Small Group Leader trainers. We have mentored and coached countless new leaders into Small Group Leadership.

We founded and developed the "I Raised My Hand"Ministry for those making their initial commitment to Christ and helped hundreds of new believers begin their journey of faith.

Marriages within our churches are under attack. Dave and Rose created and taught a series of Marriage Enrichment Workshops and Seminars that have provided valuable tools for healing hurting marriages and improving healthy ones.

We are active and founding members of Bayside Church of Granite Bay, one of the fastest-growing churches in America, where we have been committed to helping members grow deeper in their walk with Christ, their marriages and all their relationships.
